Why isn’t there a watermark on the the smaller versions of my images on my profile page?

While we will always watermark larger versions of your image on the image page itself, we’ve chosen not to watermark the smaller versions on your profile on search results and on the home page.

We believe that this makes them more likely to be licensed.

From our experience, an image is more likely to be engaged with, shared and sold if it is unimpeded by a watermark.

We also do not watermark “compressed preview” versions of your images on Facebook or Twitter.
