If images are found that are in breach of these terms they will be removed from search, your Store and the public view.
If there are images on your account that have been 'flagged' for any reason, when you're logged in to your account you'll see a message letting you know which images have a problem and giving you more information and what steps you need to take.
In nearly all the cases, this is due to images being uploaded with an existing personal watermark or overlaid text, and you can see some visual examples here. To fix this problem simply delete the image with the personal watermark or text and re-upload the image after you've created a new clear and un-watermarked version.
