We restrict the size of printed products people can order to those where the dpi of the resulting image would be a minimum of 150dpi. Anything with a dpi less than this would result in a pixelated image that we don't feel would be of a high enough quality to show off your images to the best extent.
When selecting a print size from the dropdown menu, all available print sizes will be shown in black and can be selected by your buyers:
If your images are too small to meet our minimum 150dpi requirement, they will appear greyed out as below:

We also recommend sticking to the standard aspect ratios for photos, 3x2, 1x1, 4x3 which is the most common aspect ratio for images taken on phones:
