How do I cancel and what is the refund policy?
Picfair subscriptions run on an auto-renewal basis unless cancelled prior. Your subscription details including the renewal date and amount can be viewed at any time on your account dashboard.
You can mange your subscription including pausing or cancelling here.
Refunds are only available to subscriptions cancelled in the first 7 days of an initial sign-up, and are not available for renewals.
What happens after I cancel?
Once a Picfair Plus subscription has been cancelled, you retain access to your paid features until the account reverts back to a free Picfair Lite at the end of the current billing period. When your account moves to a Lite plan, your store will be unpublished and your images will no longer be publicly visible or available for sale.
Do you have a money-back guarantee?
Picfair Plus has a 7 day money-back guarantee should you decide the services are not the right fit for you. Our 7 day money-back guarantee is only applicable to new subscriptions and not auto-renewals.
If you've cancelled your subscription within 7 days of purchase, please contact us with your registered email address and we will arrange a full refund for you. All refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
