You can update your payment method at any time via your Plus settings page here.
You will be directed to our payment platform Stripe where you can review your current payment method and securely add a new payment method.
What payment methods does Picfair accept?
Our accepted payment methods include credit or debit card, PayPal, ApplePay or GooglePay.
When adding a new payment method, you can choose to make this the default payment method going forward, and remove any expired or unwanted payment methods attached to your account.
What happens if my saved payment method fails?
If your payment fails for any reason, you'll receive an email letting you know that your payment wasn't successful and the reason why the payment failed.
This information will also be displayed on your Subscription details page and your Billing History.
When you're notified of a failed payment, we recommend reviewing and updating your saved details to ensure that our system has a valid payment method on file.
Our system will automatically retry any failed payments at regular intervals for 14 days after the payment due date.
What happens if my payment can't be taken?
If your payment can't be taken after 14 days, your subscription will expire and your account will revert back to a free Lite Plan. Your store will be unpublished and your images will no longer be publicly visible or available for sale.
