How do I reset my password?
If you ever forget your password you'll find a link on the sign-in page where you can reset it in a few quick steps.
To reset your password, just enter your Picfair registered email address at this link here
A new password email will then be sent to your account email which will allow you to sign in and update your password. Remember to check your spam and junk folder on the rare occasion the email redirects there!
What if I sign in using Facebook or Google?
If you sign in using a social platform, you won't have a password, instead the platform uses your social login to verify your identity.
If you're having trouble signing in this way because you no longer have access to your social sign-in option, please contact us so we can arrange an alternative sign-in method.
